Bu yıl Akademi Ödülleri’nin adayları 8 Şubatta açıklanacak. Dune, The Power of the Dog ve Belfast’ın çift haneli adaylıklar kazanmak için kıyasıya bir mücadele içerisinde açıkçası. Campion ve Netflix ortaklığının son harikası The Power of the Dog muhtemelen mutlu sona ulaşarak Netflix ve birçok açıdan sinema tarihinde adını altın harflerle yazacak. Film eleştirmen ödüllerinde fırtına gibi esti, sektör tarafından da kucaklandı. Oyuncular Birliği’nin (SAG) filme adaylık vermemesi biraz kafaları karıştırsa da filmin 3 oyuncusunun da bireyse kategorilerde aday olmayı başarması umut verici.
